Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This is a plain-language placeholder policy for our pre-launch period. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel. We'll replace it with a reviewed policy before general availability.

What we collect

We collect the account email you sign up with, the itinerary and event content you create (titles, dates, descriptions, notes, and costs), and any photos you upload. We also collect basic technical data your browser sends when you use Timeloom, such as your IP address and device type.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate the product — to sign you in, store and display your itineraries, render your uploaded photos, and let you share trips with people you choose. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers

We rely on Supabase to provide authentication, database storage, and file storage on our behalf. Your data is processed and stored on their infrastructure as part of running the service. We share data with providers only as needed to operate the product.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may collect anonymized, aggregate usage analytics to understand how the product is used and improve it. We do not use these to build advertising profiles.

Sharing your trips

When you create a share link, anyone with that link can view (or, for edit links, edit) the itinerary you shared. Sharing is under your control — you choose what to share and can revoke access at any time.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at eric@tuchscherer.me.
