Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These are plain-language placeholder terms for our pre-launch period. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel. We'll replace them with reviewed terms before general availability.
Early / beta stage
Timeloom is in an early, pre-launch stage. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and data may occasionally be lost. Don't rely on it as your only record of anything important — keep your own copies of trips and details that matter.
Your account
You're responsible for the account you create and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information, be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and you're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use Timeloom lawfully. Don't upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law, don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to harass others or distribute malware. You're responsible for the content you create and share, and for having the rights to any photos you upload.
Your content
You keep ownership of the itineraries, notes, and photos you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the product and render the share links you choose to create. We don't claim ownership of your content.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data will be preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeloom and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or trips, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. This is a free, early-stage product offered without charge.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, or any account, at any time — including for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Timeloom and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at eric@tuchscherer.me.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves and as we move toward launch. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
